Words From Our Pastor

It is with a humble spirit that I accept the call of God to lead a people who are called by HIS name.  I count it a privilege to be chosen by God to share in this Gospel Ministry.  Over fifty years ago, I heard the voice of God tell me to preach His Gospel.  I said, "Yes Lord."  My life has never been the same.

I accepted the Lord at eleven years old.  I have two sons who accepted Christ in their life at the ages of 9 and 11 years old. They made the choice to accept Christ in their life without me or their mother forcing them to do so.  If I accepted Christ in my life at an early age, and my sons did the same.  Surely other young people can do the same.  God is of no respect for the person.

My goal is to see as many young men taking the responsibility of fatherhood seriously.  If the "Father" is in his proper place; everyone in the family would be in their proper place.  If we could get fathers back in the home,...saved, sanctified and filled with the Holy Ghost; we would start to see our communities take a turn for the better.  Charity starts at home and spread abroad.

Secondly, I would like to see the church filled with young people seeking to be saved, sanctified; baptize with the Holy Ghost and striving for deeper depths in Christ Jesus.

I want "The Potter's House Experience" church to be that safe haven where young people and adults alike can come and be assured that they will hear the Gospel Of Jesus Christ and taught the principles of the doctrine of Jesus  Christ. Salvation is for, "whosoever will," let him come and drink of the Living Water that only Jesus Christ can give.
